Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Overview
Wiresafe ("we", "us", "our") operates a WireGuard®-based VPN service at wiresafe.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and how we handle data when you use our website and service.
Privacy is central to our product. We are built around a strict no-logs approach: we do not monitor, record, or store your VPN activity.
No-logs policy
When you connect through Wiresafe, we do not log or retain:
- Browsing history, traffic content, or DNS queries
- Source or destination IP addresses tied to your sessions
- Connection timestamps paired with your identity or IP
- Bandwidth usage per user session
- Which servers you selected or when you connected/disconnected
Our VPN nodes are designed to operate without persistent connection logs. Server memory is not used to build long-term activity records about your usage.
Information we may collect
We collect only what is needed to provide support, billing, and the public website:
- Telegram messages you send to our support account (e.g. trial requests, purchase inquiries, refund requests)
- Cryptocurrency payment references provided by our payment processor (transaction ID, amount, wallet address) — we do not receive or store card numbers
- Basic website technical data that hosting providers may process (e.g. IP address, user agent, request time) for security and delivery — we do not use this to profile VPN users
- Optional account information if you sign in via our authentication provider (e.g. email address)
How we use information
We use the limited data above to:
- Deliver subscription links and configuration files
- Respond to support messages and process refunds
- Confirm crypto payments and activate or extend service
- Protect the service from abuse, fraud, and attacks
- Maintain and improve the public website
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use VPN session data for advertising or profiling because we do not collect it.
Third-party services
We rely on third parties for specific functions:
- Telegram — customer support and subscription delivery
- Cryptocurrency payment processors (e.g. NOWPayments) — payment settlement
- Cloud hosting and CDN providers — website and infrastructure delivery
- Authentication provider (if you create an account) — sign-in and account management
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We choose partners that align with our minimal-data approach where possible.
Data retention
Support conversations on Telegram are retained only as long as needed to fulfill your request or resolve billing issues. Payment records may be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. VPN connection logs are not retained.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect infrastructure and limited account data, including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and hardened servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to minimize data exposure by collecting as little as possible.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold (such as support or account information). Contact us via Telegram to make a request. Because we do not keep VPN usage logs, we cannot provide data we never collected.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
