Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wiresafe's website (wiresafe.xyz) and VPN service. By using our service, purchasing a subscription, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Wiresafe provides encrypted VPN connectivity using WireGuard® and compatible clients (including Shadowrocket, Clash Verge, Surge, and Stash). We supply server endpoints and subscription configuration; you are responsible for installing and operating client software on your devices.

We strive for high availability and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific speeds, or access to every website or service on the internet. Network conditions and third-party blocks are outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring VPN use is lawful where you are located.

Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis. Purchases are processed via cryptocurrency through our payment partners. Prices are shown on our website; longer plans may offer lower effective monthly rates.

Subscription links and credentials are delivered through Telegram or other channels we specify after payment confirmation. You are responsible for keeping configuration files and subscription URLs private.

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. Trial access may be limited in duration, bandwidth, or server selection.

You agree not to use Wiresafe to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attack networks or systems
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or abusive traffic
• Infringe intellectual property or others' privacy
• Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription without authorization
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our infrastructure
• Use the service in a way that harms other users or degrades network quality

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe you have violated acceptable use or threatened the integrity of the service.

Our no-logs approach is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not monitor your traffic content. Limited operational data (such as support messages or payment references) is handled as described there.

If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us on Telegram within a reasonable period after purchase. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment wallet where technically feasible. Abuse of refund requests or chargeback fraud may result in permanent ban.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRESAFE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

The Wiresafe name, branding, and website content are our property or licensed to us. WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld. Third-party client names belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except as needed to use the service.

We may modify these Terms or the service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Wiresafe operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with us via Telegram support.
